Installation
============

Requirements
------------

* Python 3.7+
* openpyxl

Install from GitHub
------------------

Install Survey123Py directly from the GitHub repository:

.. code-block:: bash

   pip install git+https://github.com/pbrotoisworo/survey123py.git

Development Installation
-----------------------

For development, clone the repository and install in editable mode:

.. code-block:: bash

   git clone https://github.com/pbrotoisworo/survey123py.git
   cd survey123py
   pip install -e .

Dependencies
------------

Survey123Py requires the following Python packages:

* **openpyxl**: For Excel file manipulation
* **pyxform**: For survey validation (used internally)
